Many submissions are curated and contributed to by our community members who have lived experiences with mental or emotional health illnesses who are encouraged to share their stories. These ‘writings’ creatively express members lived experience of their conditions, this openness and honesty is helping towards ending the stigma of mental and emotional health illnesses.
We believe that the more people who are willing to talk openly and write openly, the more people will relate, feel less alone, less isolated and be willing to share their own stories without stigma keeping them trapped.
